Immerse yourself fully in Umbria’s winemaking culture and experience the winery’s most exciting time of year firsthand. The program combines hands-on fieldwork while you learn about the secrets behind producing exceptional wines.
The activity begins right at the estate, where participants are given baskets and shears before heading to the vineyards. Working alongside the estate’s team, participants actively take part in the manual grape harvest while listening to stories about the property’s history and traditional cultivation techniques. Upon returning, a guided tour of the winemaking and aging areas leads into a seasonal light lunch, accompanied by a guided tasting of the estate’s wines.
This half-day experience is weather-dependent. It includes the harvesting activity, the winery tour, the light lunch, and the tasting. Customization is available upon request, and the exact meeting point will be provided at the time of booking.
