As the patron saint of the Borgo Dentro district, Blessed Giacomo Villa is deeply revered by the entire community of Città della Pieve.
He is honored during his liturgical feast day on January 15th and celebrated again in September with guided tours of the sites most closely associated with him.
For the occasion, the local district taverns serve traditional dishes from the Umbria and Città della Pieve culinary repertoire.
