This is how town Mayor Burico describes Trasimeno Night Glow, a night-time event featuring hot-air balloons that rise slowly into the night sky at the former Eleuteri Airport site.
The balloons, however, do not take flight; instead, they remain anchored to the ground, inflating and illuminating in time with the music to create a charming and spectacular light display.
