Over a year after his death, the town of Panicale celebrates the life and works of Maestro Luciano Boccardini. He was born in Rome but lived in Umbria after having spent time in Ancona, Perugia, Terni and Venice. His art is characterised by surrealistic reflections, a blend of reality and dreams in which everyone can participate, and without which one risks missing the true essence of his art.
