June 1st saw the start of the 9th edition of the Green Music Festival, whose success is due to the quality of the music offered, and the pristine and natural venues that host it: from Passignano to Terni, from Monteleone d’ Orvieto to Cascia, from the Marmore Falls to the Castello di San Savino in Magione, from Città della Pieve to Pozzuolo Umbro, the entirety of Umbria is a star alongside the many artists. Artists like Maurizio Mastrini, Maestro and organiser, Progetto Ianua, musicians who bring Genovese singer-songwriters into the Classical sphere, Bobby Rootvled and Sanna van Helst, who perform music of the Jewish tradition with all its moments of light and darkness, I love Italy, a journey into the most beloved of Italian music, the Tiber Guitar Trio, full of refined and elegant harmonies, and IroMenegou, a Greek pianist specialising in contemporary music.
