Handmade pasta, generous portions, authentic flavours, grill and wood-burning oven. The raw materials all come from the organic farm of Cm –Centumbrie, which owns the restaurant. The
ingredients include: EVOO pressed at the farm, handmade bread with a starter, stone ground flour from wheat cultivated in the lake’s microclimate, seasonal vegetables, legumes, some cuts
of meat from free-range herds, and products from carefully selected small local farms.
