Semplice Osteria was Francesco Bolloni’s dream. As a young chef he was already passionate about our land and cultivated its many fruits. He began his culinary journey with his grandmother’s recipes, his experiences in the kitchen and his innate curiosity. His small restaurant seats 30 guests and his aim is to treat his diners to a multisensorial experience of immersion into the flavours and delights of Umbrian cuisine.
